You’ve received an invite from one of your vendors, asking you to sign-up for Channext. You have your doubts about how yet another software platform is going to help you and your business. We get it. Which is why we have created these FAQs just for you.

So, are we marketing automation? Are we a Partner Portal? Let’s dive in!

Another software platform, really?

Yes and no.

Yes, Channext provides a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, with one big difference: this one is designed for you as a partner. It’s guaranteed to save you time and will facilitate new conversations with (potential) customers.

What do you mean by “fully-automated demand generation campaigns?”

Forget Partner Portals, your vendors will upload and localize campaigns for you in the Channel Intelligence platform. You no longer need to approve each campaign individually, campaigns are automatically delivered to your website, social media, and advertising channels.

No more downloading assets, asking a marketing agency to create content, or your web builder to implement code. Everything is created and published for you. This ensures you always have the most up-to-date information that your customers will respond to.

What if I don’t like a campaign, will it still be pushed to my marketing & sales channels?

No. You always remain in control. You will be notified via email at least 48 hours before campaigns go live. Don’t like something you see, simply edit the ad or reject the campaign altogether. Want a custom ad, a small change, or something completely different? Provide feedback to your vendor straight from the platform.

How will another platform save me time?

Forget logging-in to your Partner Portals, downloading assets, creating/editing campaigns, uploading them to your website and socials, publishing them, and analyzing the results. New campaigns are automatically delivered to your pages. And you remain in control. You can edit or completely reject any campaign that doesn’t reflect your brand.

Who is paying for all of this?

Your vendor(s) and/or distributors. The Channel Intelligence platform is free for partners, and will continue to be free, forever.

What is the learning curve like?

Getting started takes 5-minutes. Literally. Onboarding is done autonomously and our Partner Success team is always happy to lend a hand.

Our platform is designed for beginners to experts and everyone in the channel. You only see what is relevant to you. We have separate environments for partners, vendors, distributors, and marketing agencies. That means no unnecessary dashboards and irrelevant information.

What do I need to get started?

  • Your personal LinkedIn account login details
  • Someone who can place the Channext widget code on a new page on your website (this can be a bit technical, maybe involve your web builder)

What if I no longer want to use Channext?

Offboarding is just as simple as onboarding. Simply remove the widget code from your website and unlink your social media profiles in the platform.


Social connection

The Channel Intelligence links your social media profiles (currently Facebook and LinkedIn) to the platform. Your vendor(s) upload campaigns and assets into the platform which can then automatically be pushed through your social channels.

Bear in mind, you always remain in control of what’s posted!

LinkedIn Ads

If available to you, vendors and distributors can set up LinkedIn advertising to be pushed through your company profile. This will help you reach more, highly-targeted end-users, creating new oppotunities for conversations.


Once your social profiles are connected, and campaigns are being distributed through your social channels, you will need a place for potential end-users to land.

By placing a simple line of code on a web page within your domain – something your web builder can fix in 5  minutes – you will get up-to-date campaigns straight to your website!


Updating homepage banners is a bore. Now you don’t have to. Banners are automatically updated to reflect your vendor campaigns. Choose one, or multiple in a carousel overview. You can even add your own branded banners to mix.

Dashboard and lead overview

Get all of your information from a single overview. See how your campaign pages are doing in real time. Give feedback to your vendors straight from the platform.


You probably work with multiple vendors, who each have their own partner portals. The Channel Intelligence platform by Channext is a one-stop-shop for all your vendor content. No need to login to multiple platforms anymore. Find a vendor you already work with? Simply request to join their account too. See a vendor you’d potentially like to work with? Channext can connect you!

I am missing a vendor from the Marketplace

I want to activate another vendor on the Marketplace, what will it cost me?

Channext is free to use for partners. So feel free to request as many vendors as you like.

Won't duplicate content mess up my SEO?

Great question! As long as you set the page where you will be placing your widget to “no-index”, having the same content as other partners on your website won’t do anything to diminish your SEO.
